for national, European, and international trademarks, worldwide. I can conduct searches for design patents in the design patent index of the German Patent and Trademark Office, fast and cost-saving.
I search for technical publications in databases and in technical libraries.

Expert Opinions

Preferably, but not exclusively in my technical specialist fields I give expert opinions, for example in patent or utility model infringement cases. In addition to my experts knowledge, I can fall back on an extensive library with technical books in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science and mechanical engineering. In the area of computer technology and science I keep up to date by studying relevant technical journals.

Translations

I translate your patents, patent applications and utility models from English into German. At your wish, I prepare a reference numeral list from the translation and make changes, particularly translations in the drawings of an intellectual property right.
